Our groups are facilitated by a Certified Lactation Counselor.
Connect with other moms to discuss what is going well, what is challenging, pumping, bottle feeding, feeding plans, check your baby’s weight and more.

This is a small group setting with other parents and babies present.
A great opportunity to meet other moms for peer support and connection.

Breastfeeding Basics - Prenatal Class

For all expectant parents. Partners welcome!

Come join us for an informative conversation led by our RN-IBCLCs
(Registered Nurse-International Board Certified Lactation Consultants)
Be prepared and feel confident in the first hours, days and weeks after baby arrives.

This introductory class will cover:

  • The Benefits of Breastfeeding, general breastfeeding education and tips to get the best start on your feeding journey.

Infant Pre-Feeding Class

For parents of infants 0-6 months

Come join other new parents in a conversation led by Infant Feeding Specialist, Kim Kanzler, SLP.

This class will cover early play that supports feeding skills, signs of feeding readiness, early steps in the introduction of foods and recommended supplies for infant feeding.

Registration fee includes recommended straw sippy cup and spoon to take home for your baby.

Nurturing Touch Infant Massage:

3 Class Series, for Parents and Caregivers - Group Setting

Class Overview:

Discover the gentle art of infant massage in our nurturing touch classes, designed to strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
Through guided hands-on practice, you'll learn techniques to comfort, soothe, and promote your baby's health and well-being.

Class Objectives:

  • Parents and caregivers understand basic infant massage.

  • Learn techniques to soothe common infant discomforts such as colic and teething pain.

  • Enhance parent-infant bonding through nurturing touch.

  • Promote infant relaxation and better sleep patterns.

Class Structure:

  • Introduction to Infant Massage:
    Understanding the benefits and importance of touch in infant development.

  • Massage Techniques:
    Step-by-step guidance on various massage strokes and their effects on different parts of the body.

  • Hands-On Practice:
    Practical sessions where parents can practice on their babies with instructor support.

  • Addressing Common Issues:
    Techniques for relieving gas, colic, and teething discomfort.

  • Creating a Routine:
    Tips on incorporating massage into daily routines and adapting techniques as your baby grows.

  • Q&A and Support:
    Open discussion for sharing experiences, asking questions, and receiving personalized advice.
